And he said no way, no how. At least in Virginia. He said other states have different laws, etc, but he said there is no way that sounds even close to reality. Usually you can't EVER drive it to work, or even a joyride he said. Basically can only be towed to shows and kept in the garage. Might want to triple check what you think you know, and get something in writing and signed by your agent.
